25th April 2020, The MOD's Training Area - Driffield
Whether OCR is your passion or you are new to this fun and exciting sport let me introduce Hero Challenge 2020.
Taking over the military driving course in Driffield, North Yorkshire the events promise a different challenge.
Along the route you'll tackle the knife edge slopes of the tank track, explore the quarry where Army heavy machinery practice and cover ground scarred by intense military vehicle use. The terrain will keep supplying new natural obstacles for you to brave alongside the varied OCR equipment Hero Challenge bring to site.
The course is made up of a single 7km loop with over 20 obstacles. For those who wish to complete a single lap you’ll earn the Flash medal. For the superhumans who complete multiple laps there will be a Legend medal (a drinks station will be available for those going round again).
Waves start at 9:30 am. Registration at least half an hour before your wave.
If you are ready to tackle the course where Heroes are made then follow the link below and book your place. Under 18s will require a parent/guardian to agree to the waiver.
Car park fee is £5 per car collected on the day with £2 going to our chosen charity. For more information check out the FAQ page.

We're really excited to be building a zone at the 2019 Mudnificent 7 event which takes place in the Midlands on Saturday 17th August. If you're taking part, we'll give you a great taster of what to expect from our events.
The Mudnificent 7 is a unique event and summer festival. You’ll get to experience an amazing course designed by 7 different event companies. The course is split into 7 zones, with each one giving you a taster of a different theme.
This will be the fifth installment of The Mudnificent 7 and it has sold out in previous years - so don't leave it until the last minute to enter!
If you haven't signed up to The Mudnificent 7 yet, the Book Now button will take you directly to their booking page. This event is operated by the Mud7 team so all queries relating to the event should be directed to them via their website.
Date and venue TBA
We’re busy putting together our plans for the first of our Junior/Family based events. These will be aimed at a younger audience as well as providing challenges that children and parents can enjoy together.
Some of the obstacles will be based on the same equipment as the adult focussed events but there will also be some designed specifically for these events with options to suit everyone.
Watch this space for details.
